## Challenge

A Zeelo commuting program is based on AI-powered algorithms to create a route map and a historical analysis to determine how mileage translates into vehicle’s emissions. As a result, one is able to estimate how much money, CO2, and parking can be saved per client/route/service when working with Zeelo.

All of this is possible due to *complex calculations* and matching the data to ClimatePartner’s emissions numbers. Therefore, the challenge was to combine over 100 formulas into a single user-friendly calculator that delivers quick answers to the most complex queries.

## Solution

The development of a custom-tailored calculator was guided by the following objectives:

1. Unification of formulas with multiple interdependent scenarios into a single website calculator.

The UI was built using Vue.js.

2. Creation of a pixel-perfect template for [HubSpot CMS](https://pages.resonatehq.com/hubspot-cms-development).

The Resonate team managed to implement a high-quality layout and increase the scope for customization so that Zeelo could modify the same template to ensure compliance with different currencies. 

3. Integration of a website form with HubSpot CRM.

The website form developed for Zeelo collects relevant data and syncs contact details directly to the [HubSpot CRM](https://pages.resonatehq.com/get-started). As a global company, Zeelo can now rely on HubSpot workflows that automate marketing, sales, and services processes.

It took 4 weeks to develop the calculator and set up web forms for full integration with HubSpot CRM. Webforms proved to be a crucial tool for Zeelo to obtain information they need from potential customers.

## Results

✔ The website form includes only a few questions directly related to the task that makes it user-friendly and ultimately improves the UX.

✔ After filling out the form, a user proceeds to the results, and all relevant data is sent to the HubSpot CRM.

✔ The results fall into two categories: social and financial benefits.

As a result, the calculator shows how to cut transportation costs with the added benefit of reducing CO2 emissions, improving congestion, and enhancing livelihoods.
